You agree that your information is forwarded to the ABB companies explicitly named. With your explicit agreement it may be disclosed to any other ABB company in any country. 4.2 User submissions Information submitted by you will be used to identify and evaluate potential candidates for open positions in ABB. It will be accessed by ABB HR functions and by managers responsible for open positions for the purposes of evaluation subject to the degree of access approved by you. Technical staff may access it when necessary for the technical administration of this system. You agree not to post incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate resume, not to delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity You may access, inspect, update or delete the data at all times. You may require the ABB Company posting a job opportunity to remove your information at any time in sending an e-mail or letter by certified mail to the human resources manager of such ABB Company. ABB may not be held responsible for such receiving ABB companies' responsiveness. You warrant that the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content, has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to you the right to grant the license stated above. You are responsible for your own communications and for the consequences of their posting. ABB only uses such data anonymously and in the aggregate. Such aggregate information may be shared internationally within the ABB group across different legal entities for the same purpose. 5.2 Confidentiality of individual information ABB will take reasonable effort to ensure only the intended recipient will access submitted information. ABB will not disclose your personal information or information about your individual visits to any third parties, except with your explicit consent or in good faith where stated by law. 5.3 Confidentiality of aggregate information ABB may record and share aggregated information between ABB companies. 5.4 Modifications to purpose of use The user will be informed about and be given the opportunity to approve any changes relating to purpose of use and privileges of access for his submitted information. 6 Liability 6.1 Risk This web site acts as a venue to post job opportunities and resumes. ABB does not screen or censor the listings offered. ABB’s system is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result ABB as a venue is legally not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. Use of the web site and the material is at your own risk. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the web site.(5) 6.2 Third parties ABB will not verify users’ identity. In case of disputes between you and any ABB employer or other third party, you release ABB from claims of every kind and nature, known or not known, suspected or not suspected, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
